All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment is processed securely through Square, Inc. We do not store payment card information. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Square's terms of service and privacy policy.

5. Menu and Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that our menu descriptions, ingredients and allergen information are accurate. However, menu items may change without notice, and minor variations in preparation may occur.

Food Allergens: Our food is prepared in an environment where common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and soy are present. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens. If you have a serious food allergy, please contact us before ordering at orders@bombaytothebay.com. It is your responsibility to inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when placing your order.

6. Pickup Policy

All orders are pickup only. No delivery service is offered. By placing an order, you confirm that you will collect your food from our designated truck location at your selected pickup time. Please refer to our full Pickup Policy for details.
