That magic is what we brought to Fremont.
Our Story
Bombay to the Bay was born from a simple idea: the Bay Area deserves real Mumbai street food. Not a restaurant version. Not a catered approximation. The actual thing — made from scratch, cooked fresh, served hot.
We are Bombay Flavors LLC, a family-rooted food business based in Fremont, California. Our food truck is our kitchen, our stage and our love letter to the city we grew up in. Every roll we wrap, every vada pav we assemble, every chai we brew is made the way it's done back home — with the right ingredients, the right technique and no shortcuts.
What We Serve
Our menu is a journey through Mumbai's iconic street food landscape. Rolls packed with spiced fillings and fresh chutney. Vada pav — the potato dumpling in a soft bun that feeds millions of Mumbaikars every single day. Flaky Irani bakery-style puffs. Masala chai brewed strong with whole spices. Mango lassi thick enough to eat with a spoon.
We also serve Samosas, Sandwiches, Egg rolls, Tikka rolls, and cold drinks to wash it all down — everything on our menu is something you'd find on a real Mumbai street corner, made with the same care and the same recipes.
